Important: Our products — including the Float Suit™ and all pool floats and accessories — are recreational water toys. They are NOT life-saving devices and are not intended to prevent drowning.

• Never use our products as a substitute for approved personal flotation devices (life jackets).
• Do not use under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Observe posted weight limits and usage instructions.
• Use in open water (lakes, sea) is at your own risk; observe local regulations and weather conditions.

By purchasing, you acknowledge these limitations and agree to use our products responsibly and at your own risk.

3. Orders & Payment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or contain pricing or listing errors. Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise and may change at any time without notice. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel and refund the affected order.

4. Shipping & Returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (30-day money-back guarantee).

5. Product Descriptions

We attempt to be as accurate as possible in describing our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, colors, or other content are entirely accurate, complete, or error-free. Minor variations between images and delivered products may occur.
