We want you to love your Float Bro gear. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Free promotional add-ons (e.g. Mystery Gift, Electric Air Pump, Lifetime Warranty) included with your order must be returned together with the main product.
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
How to Start a Return
Email us at entelz@proton.me with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping required in most cases.
